PENYUSUNAN SILABUS DAN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN (RPP) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU MELALUI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DI SDN 165 PEKANBARU

Abstract


This study aims to determine the preparation of the Syllabus and Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) to improve teacher competency through academic supervision at SDN 165 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SDN 165 Pekanbaru, with the research subjects being 19 class teachers. The technique used to collect data in this study is a test, non-test (observation / observation, interview, and documentation). Through this school action research, researchers tried to obtain data and information about the teacher's ability in SDN 165 Pekanbaru in preparing the Syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in the learning process. School Action Research is carried out in two cycles consisting of stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the data obtained from the increase in supervision of teacher competence in the preparation of the syllabus, the number of teachers completed was 10 teachers with a percentage of 52.63%, while the incomplete teachers were 9 teachers with a percentage of 47.37%. As for the second cycle there was an increase from cycle I, namely the number of teachers who completed as many as 17 teachers with a percentage of 89.47%, while the incomplete teachers were 2 teachers with a percentage of 10.53%. As for the improvement of the results of supervision of teacher competencies in the preparation of RPP, the number of teachers completed was 7 teachers with a percentage of 36.82%, while the incomplete teachers were 12 teachers with a percentage of 63.16%. As for the second cycle there was an increase from cycle I, namely the number of teachers who completed as many as 17 teachers with a percentage of 89.47%, while the incomplete teachers were 2 teachers with a percentage of 10.53%.
