Abstract

This research will describes about motivation Russian help oppositiongroup in Kyrgiztan’s president Coup in 2010. Kyrgyztan is strategic countryin Central Asia, which is have two military bases. There are Manas airbase and Kant air base. Manas air base is US own that established in 2001after WTC Tragedy to response the terrorist isuued for security. Manas airbase is making Russian government in dilemmatic sutuation. Russian worriedtheir hegemony will disturbed, and take the response of the US actionwith build the base in Kant. This research shows that an important pointwhich becomes references is describing the same interest between Russiangovernment and opposition group of Kyrgyztan in ouster the Bakiyev fromKyrgyztan. The same interest is minimalize US influence in Kyrgyztan byouster the Bakiyev which is Bakiyev is pro US. Most of the decision thatBakiyev is taken just for getting the interest for their.
