Abstract

This paper aims to describe the development of the study of InternationalRelations in particular to a paradigm shift in International Politics during thelast two decades. Recent issues in this study that is paying attention toenvironmental issues. The environment is something that is very valuable tohuman survival, both individually and in groups. Moreover, today'senvironmental issues into interesting themes discussed in the internationalcommunity because presence symptoms of global warming and environmentaldegradation are increasingly dangerous. Therefore, this paper tries to helppeople in this study both theoretically and practically to be more liberal-minded about the environmental issues that are closely related to governmentpolicies. One theory discussed about perspectives on Green Thought as wellas Green Thought Theory.
