Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kejaksaan Tinggi Riau
Abstract
The objective of this research is to know the effect of supervision and workdiscipline towards performance of employee of High Prosecutor of Riau. Thepopulation in this research consists the whole employee of High Prosecutor of Riau asmany as 163 employees, with a total sample of 59 employees. The technique of sample-taking is cluster sampling. The Analysis method of this research is descriptivequantitative method that uses multiple linear regression through SPSS program version17.0 for windows.The result of testing showed that the supervision variable significantly affected tothe performance of employee of High Prosecutor of Riau, meanwhile the workdiscipline variable did not contribute significant effect to the performance of employeeof High Prosecutor of Riau. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that theindependent variables (supervision and work discipline) had a positive and significanteffect on the dependent variable (mployee performance). The magnitude of the effectcaused by (R2) by two variables simultaneously on the dependent variable 40,1%, whilethe remaining 59,9%% was influenced by other variables that was not examined in thisresearch.
