PERTUMBUHAN VEGETATIF BA YAM CABUT (Amaranth us tricolor L.) DENGAN PEMUPUKAN LIMBAH CAIR KELAPA SAWIT

Abstract

The aim of this study was to know the effect of oil palm liquid waste to growth of amaranth
(Amaranthus tricolor L.). This study conducted in plantation of Simpang Baru Tampan PanamJ
Pekanbaru and Botany Laboratory FMIPA of Riau University. This research was experimental with
six level ( 0; 5; 25; 45; 65 and 85 milL) the oil palm liquid waste by Copletely Random Design.
Result of this study show that gift the oil palm liquid waste not yet able to improve growth of
amaranth, but at average numeral of growth disposed increase in leaf number, leaf area, and
weight. The result of Pb analyze in the amaranth leaves showed that Pb content is under maximum
i.e. 0,4938 ppm.
