PENGARUH IKLIM KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI PONDOK PESANTREN ASSALAM NAGA BERALIH
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Climate on
Performance Teacher, the Work Motivation on Performance Teacher, and also the Work
Climate and work Work Motivation on Performance Teacher at Assalam Boarding School
In Northern Kampar District Kampar, This reaserch uses data collection techniques
questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression variables The study consisted of
two independent variables that Work Climate (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) while the
dependent variable is the Performance Teacher (Y). The study population was a teacher
Assalam Boarding School In Northern Kampar District Kampar amounted to 55 people.
Research shows that that there is significant influence Work Climate and work Work
Motivation on Performance Teacher of 0,656 or 65,6% and the partial correlation
coefficient Work Climate to work on Performance Teacher of 0.16 which means that
16% of the variation strengthening or weakening the performance of a teacher determined
by the Work Climate to work. The correlation coefficient between Work Motivation on
Performance Teacher of 0,656 which means that 65.6% of the variation strengthening
and weakening of Performance Teacher is determined by Work Motivation.
