PENGARUH FREKUENSI PELATIHAN DAN PENGALAMAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KESULITAN PENULISAN KARYA ILMIAH GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SEKECAMATAN RUMBAI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract


This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of training frequency on the difficulty
level of the writing of the scientific work of the teacher, (2) the influence of experience on
the difficulty of writing the scientific work of the teacher, (3) the effect of training frequency
and experience on the difficulty level of the writing of the teacher’s scientific work. The
research method used is quantitative research method by using survey method. The
population in this research is all elementary school teachers who can not be promoted
from IV A to IV B because they can not write scientific work as 138 teachers. The research
instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire. Before the instrument (questionnaire)
research used to collect research data, firstly conducted trials conducted with validity
and reliability test Test requirements analysis is a test of normality and linearity, then
conducted data analysis with correlation test, simple and multiple regression. The result
of this research is found: (1) there are negative and significant influence of training
frequency on the difficulty level of writing scientific masterpiece by 9.7%, (2) there is
negative and significant influence of experience to the difficulty level of writing scientific
masterpiece by 10.2% , (3) there is a negative and significant effect of training frequency
and experience on the difficulty level of writing scientific masterpiece by 14%.
The higher the influence of the frequency of training and experience, the lower the difficulty
of writing the scientific work of teachers at the State Elementary School in Rumbai.
