PENGARUH DIKLAT DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN, PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN DAERAH PROVINSI RIAU

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variables (1) training
on employee’s performance, (2) work motivation on employee’s performance, (3) training
and motivation to work together on employee’s performance. Respondents were employee’s
in the Civil Service Agency, Education and the Training Regional Riau Province has
been working for 3 (three) years and has conducted training of at least three (3) times
totaling 66 people. Data collected through questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis
of the data used is statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Instrument reliability
coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed the
positive impact of training on employee’s performance amounted to 58,8%, and there are
positive influence between work motivation on employee’s performance amounted to
47,6%. While the influence of training and work motivation on employee’s performance
amounted to 71,3%
