HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN INTEGRITAS PEMBINA DENGAN KARAKTER AKUNTABILITAS ANGGOTA PRAMUKA PENGGALANG DI KWARTIR RANTING TUALANG KWARCAB SIAK

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between leadership
and integrity of coach in forming character of accountant member account of scout
member in Kwartir Ranting Tualang. The Scout Movement is one of the non-formal
education that has the purpose to instill character and form a good personality through
exemplary, guidance, so that children can have spiritual, social, intellectual potential
based on the basic principles of faith and piety to God Almighty. From the results of the
research indicates that there is a positive relationship between leadership and integrity
of the coach with the character of accountability. Both variables contribute to the
accountability character of scout members in Kwartir Branch Tualang Kwarcab Siak
68.8%. Then the better the leadership and interactivity of the coach, the better the
accountability character of the Boy Scouts. The recommendation of this research is to
improve the character of accountability by improving the leadership and integrity of the
coach.
