HUBUNGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA GURU SD NEGERI DI GUGUS DUA RUMBAI PESISIR KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract

This research aim to relationship between (X1) with job satisfaction, (X2) with
Job Satisfaction and influence between (X1) and (X2) withjob satisfaction. Population in
this research is 140, research sampel amount to 104 respondent. Data analysis the use is
regretion analysis, corelation result of this research is strong between (X1) with (Y) with
corelation coefficient 95,6%, there are also luence between (X2) with (Y) with corelation
coeficient 98,4. While influence betwen (X1) and (X2) with (Y) is 98,5. The conclution
from corelation (X1) and (X2) with is very strong relationship.
