Abstract

Children have rights to live happy forever. The state must guarante that rightwithout limitation by constitution. They are also free from policy activity specaiallyin election. In practically, children are often participated in election activityspecially campaign activity. UU No. 10 Tahun 2008 reguled that participatingchildren in everything election activity is forbiden and that is a criminal act.
