Abstract

The study is intended totake kesimpulandari problems facing Batu Sasak village that resulted in the financing of ruraldevelopment is highly dependent on grants and subsidies from the Government of Kampar district.This research uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, in which data is collected inthe form of words, images, and not the numbers. The findings in the field problems faced by thevillage of Batu Sasak to finance rural development are: First, the lack of rules (fiscal policies) thatgovern it. Second, the village has not understanding of the mechanisms of development financingas an alternative to the conventional non rural development financing. Third, the lack of capital forrural enterprise development as an alternative source of financial revenue. Fourth. apathy of thevillagers in the continuation of financing rural development.
