Implementasi Peraturan Gubernur Riau Nomor 26 Tahun 2010

Abstract

This study describes theimplementation of the Governor Regulation No. 26 of 2010 concerning the delegation of authorityof the signing of licensing and non-licensing of the head of the Integrated Licensing ServiceAgency (BPPT) Riau Province and the factors that hinder the implementation of the GovernorRegulation No. 26 of 2010 concerning the delegation of authority of the signing of licensing andnon-BPPT permissions to Riau Province. The research method used in this paper is a descriptivequalitative research method which is defined as a problem solving process were investigated bydescribing the state of the subject and object of research at the present time based on the factsthat appear or how it is. This study concluded that the implementation of the Governor RegulationNo. 26 of 2010 concerning the delegation of authority of the signing of licensing and non-licensing to BPPT Riau Province.
