Implementasi Kebijakan Perizinan Dan Non-Perizinan Dalam Pelayanan Perizinan

Abstract

Thisstudy describes the implementation of licensing and non-licensing policy on the Board ofInvestment and Integrated Licensing Services (BPMPPT) Meranti Islands Regency, Riau Province.The research method used in this paper is a descriptive qualitative. What research is at theMeranti Islands regency and the author of the study collected data from multiple sources ofbooks, encyclopedias, journals and interviews with informants of the study. This study concludedthat the implementation of licensing and non-licensing policy implemented without the use ofstandard operating procedure. This is due to the large demand for local governments to requirelicensing and non-licensing services executed immediately and in an integrated manner, to increasethe sources of revenue and increase the role of private sector in regional economic development.Besides the constraints faced in the implementation of policies on licensing and non-licensingBPMPPT Meranti district is due to the lack of quality and quantity of human resources Merantidistrict government.
