Abstract

This paper analyzesthe changes in the field of forestry regulations Administration Wooden particularly Siak policyconflict in 2006-2011. Research is descriptive qualitative research method which is defined as aproblem solving process were investigated by describing the state of the subject and object ofresearch at the present time based on the facts that looks or how it is. The study concluded thatthere is bureaucratic efficiency in service after the change of Administration Timber Forestryregulations of Decree No. 126/Kpts-II/2003 became Minister of Forestry Regulation Number: P55/Menhut-II/2006. However, the government's authority to supervise the company is reduced.On the other hand provide the freedom for companies to exploration activities are likely occurrenceof forest loss potential of the country.
