Abstract

This study aims to analyze thepolicy setting forest utilization license Pelalawan Regency plants in 2005-2010. The researchmethod used in this paper is a descriptive qualitative research method which is defined as aproblem solving process were investigated by describing the state of the subject and object ofresearch at the present time based on the facts that appear or how it is. This study concluded thatthe policy of setting forest utilization license Pelalawan Regency plants having overlappingpolicies. Overlap the policy in this case is the authority of the government between the DistrictGovernment, Provincial Government and the Ministry of Forestry.
