IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PELAYANAN BIDANG PERINDUSTRIAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze theimplementation of service policies and tera tera birthday at the Technical Unit of Legal MetrologyDepartment of Industry and Trade of Riau Province. The research method used is descriptivequalitative research method that is defined as a problem solving process were investigated bydescribing the state of the subject and object of research at the present time based on the factsthat appear or how it is. This study concluded that the implementation of service policies and teratera re still experiencing technical constraints. Factors that affect the service is the lack of diffe-rences in the number and capabilities of employees, frequent mutations of office, lack of socia-lization policies, as well as the standard equipment is not adequate and spacious work areas.
