IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGELOLAAN SEKTOR PERTAMBANGAN

Abstract

This study aims to identify andanalyze the factors that affect the implementation of mining policy in Kuantan Singingi District.Regency Kuantan Singingi is one of regencies in Riau Province which has a resource potential inthe field of mining, such as gold, coal, sand gravel and other mineral that can be used as a sourceof revenue. The method used is descriptive qualitative exposing keaadaan at the present timebased on the facts that appear or how it is. Results of this study concluded that technical factorsaffecting the implementation of mining policy in the District of Kuantan Singingi is influenced byvarious factors, namely the implementation of activities, targets and implementing elements.Implementation activities are affected by the law No. 2 of 2003. In addition, factors target is acapability that is done by implementing elements such as the District Mining Office, the company,and local communities.
