Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of character, political freedom, the opportunity to moveforward on job satisfaction in the Environment Commission Secretariat Siak. The study wasconducted using three variables. Forms of relationship is based only on two variables, theindependent variables (independent variables) and the dependent variable (the dependentvariable). In this study, which is the independent variable is character, political freedom and theopportunity to advance. While that is the dependent variable was job satisfaction. The results ofdata analysis showed that the independent variable character (X1), political freedom (X2), theopportunity to advance (X3), simultaneously have a positive significant effect on employee jobsatisfaction (Y) in the Environment Commission Secretariat Siak.
