Abstract

This study aims to investigate theimplementation and the factors that influence pricing policies Kepau Desa Jaya district boundariesSiak Hulu Kings Beach Village District to stop Raja Kampar regency. This study used a qualitativeapproach using interviews and observation as a data collection tool to expose problems in thepolicy setting boundaries between villages. The results show the delineation between ruralpolicy can not be executed. This is because the policy is not run according to the desired goal.
