ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN UNSUR PENILAIAN RISIKO

Abstract

The main goal of this researchis to analyze factors affecting the judgment on risk of Perwakilan Badan Pengawasan Keuangandan Pembangunan (BPKP) Provinsi Riau. Methods research used in this experiment leads to aqualitative research methods aimed at obtaining the facts clearly and thoroughly in order to findthe risk assessment element in BPKP Provinsi Riau. The result showed that in general condition onrisk assessment BPKP Provinsi Riau adequate not yet fully repair weakness in the performance ofduties and improving performance. The condition is influenced by some factors still low quality ofcommunication the quality of implementation of the human resources and not reward systems andpunishment in anticipation of risk. For it needs to be improved quality of communication withemployees, involves the entire increase in the capacity of human resources as well as to implementa system that can motivate the deterrent effect and simultaneously for the employees in order toenhance the risk culture of effective BPKP Provinsi Riau.
