Abstract


This research aimed at described service and constraintsthat have been affect E-KTP in the District Office Marpoyan Damai City Pekanbaru. This researchapplies the methods of qualitative. Besides data primary and secondary data as data supportingalso used in this research obtained through analysis kepustakaan. Based on the result analysisand discussion done pertaining to E-KTP in sub-District Marpoyan Damai implemented has beengood enough is concerned primarily an ability to deliver promised services, with proper thereadiness of employees to improve services, have the skills and knowledge are needed in order toprovide services, courteous in providing services and forcefully, but full attention to the public.Although indeed obstacles such as the structure of the bureaucracy, the ability of the apparatusa system of services, facilities and infrastructure and technical capability is still occasionally inthe service of E-KTP.
