BUDAYA ORGANISASI, IKLIM ORGANISASI, DAN EFEKTIVITAS ORGANISASI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of organizational culture and organizationalclimate to organizational effectiveness in the Puskesmas Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak.Forms of research used in this research is a descriptive study using a quantitative analysis thatdescribes the reality under study. Descriptive method focused on the problems or phenomenathat exist at the time the study was conducted or who is the actual problem, and then describe thefacts of the matter are investigated and accompanied by an accurate rational interpretation. Theresults show organizational culture and organizational climate has not been going well, while theeffectiveness of the organization in Puskesmas Kecamatan Sungai Apit already well underway.
