ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI PERUBAHAN ATAS PERDA TENTANG ALOKASI DANA DESA

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation and the factors that influence policyAlokasi Dana Desa (ADD) at Kecamatan Sungai Mandau District Siak. This research uses descriptivequalitative method. Based on data from the authors attempt to describe/illustrate a systematic,factual and accurate information on the facts and the relationship between phenomena. The resultsshowed that the implementation of policies ADD at Saber River District has been going well.However, the achievement of policy goals have not been optimally implemented, especially inrelation to the aim of tackling poverty and reducing inequality and increasing rural incomes and ruralcommunities through Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa). The factors that influence the policy ofADD is communication, resources, disposition executive, bureaucratic structures, as well asenvironmental standards and policy goals. Limited sources of financing for the village government,required a more intensive communication and proactive, creative and entrepreneurial spirit to thevillage head village exploring the potential to Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD) and the village.
