Abstract


The purpose of this study wasto analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employeeperformance, the influence of culture on employee performance, and the influence of discipline,motivation and culture simultaneously work on the performance of employees at the Office of theDepartment of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management District Siak. Data analysis techniquesused in this study is a quantitative approach that aims to describe a particular phenomenon in amore concrete and detailed. The results showed no significant disciplinary effect on employeeperformance. Where the variable changes in partial discipline insignificant effect on employeeperformance. Motivation significant effect on employee performance. If the higher motivation variable,then the employee's performance will also be improved. And vice versa.
