Abstract

Purpose this research is for know theleadership style Head of School in SMKN 1 Singingi Hilir Regency of Kuantan Singingi. Thisresearch uses qualitative approach with method descriptive. The data who directly obtained fromthe respondents and parties-parties who related in this study, ago data is analyzed as result ofresearch. To simplify determination of sample of research, then the for teachers numbered 28person and grammar effort is taken 1 person with tekhnik census, as well as members of schoolcommittee amounted to 342 person who was appointed as a sample as many as 30 people withtechnique insidental sampling. The results of research showed leadership styles Head of School inSMKN 1 Singingi Hilir using leadership style paternalistic.
