Abstract


Thisstudy aims to see how the influence of exemplary leadership to the discipline of work, the influenceof self-actualization to the discipline of work, the influence of fringe benefits on labor discipline,and the influence of exemplary leadership, remuneration and self-actualization simultaneously onemployee discipline Bengkalis Head Office, District Bengkalis. Techniques of data collection usingquestionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science)with methods of descriptive and quantitative methods, the analysis of which is the sum of thevalue of the data obtained are tabulated by using multiple regression formula. Based on the surveyresults revealed that the R value of 0.507 indicates a positive linear relationship between exemplaryleadership, self-actualization and remuneration jointly affect the discipline of employees workingat Head Office Bengkalis of 0.40%. While the remaining 0.60% faktorlain influenced by factors thatare not addressed in this study. Calculation of regression testing diproleh known F value of 7.258with a significant level of 0.000 with (á) 5% and F worth 2.50. This shows together, variableexemplary leadership, self-actualization and fringe significant effect on employee discipline.
