IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM JAMINAN KESEHATAN DAERAH

Abstract

The aim of this study was todetermine how the implementation of the Regional Health Health Insurance program (Jamkesda) inthe city of Pekanbaru. Digunkan theory is the theory of implementation that is used to determine thesuccess of the program Jamkesda. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and analyzing thedata contained in records and documentation of the activities of public health services in the city ofPekanbaru. Results of the study showed that the implementation of the program in the city ofPekanbaru Jamkesda accordance with the objectives of the coverage of services performedreasonably well denagn and constraints in the data collection process is the lack of services for poorpeople who use or who get health care Jamkesda. Conclusion The results of this research is theimplementation of the overall program in the city of Pekanbaru Jamkesda been implemented inaccordance with the objectives contained in Regulation No. 7 of 2011 on guidelines for theimplementation of the Regional Health Jaminanan Program to improve access and quality of healthservices to all poor people in the province of Riau in order to achieve the degree of optimal publichealth effectively so as to create a healthy society and the productive poor to support povertyalleviation programs.
