STRATEGI PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH

Abstract

This research was conducted at the District RevenueOffice Singingi Kuantan, which are the subject of research is the Head, Head, Kasubdin and staffin the Department of Revenue. Data collected by interview and observation techniques, after thedata was collected and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showedinnovation strategies have been implemented quite well and quality improvement strategies arestill not going well. While the factors that hinder the strategy to increase revenue PAD in KuantanDistrict Singingi, namely low participation factors, human factors and factors of lack of supervision.
