Abstract

The purpose of this study was toanalyze the factors that affect the performance of the Office of Licensing Services IntegratedSingingi Kuantan District. This research was conducted at the Office of Licensing ServicesIntegrated Singingi Kuantan District, where the population and the sample are the ones takingcare licensing KPPT. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and observationtechniques, once the data is collected and then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysisand statistical tests. The results showed the performance of the Office of Licensing ServicesIntegrated Singingi Kuantan district is good. While the results of calculations with SPSS foundthe correlation coefficient of 0.630. This shows that the five independent variables together arestrong enough or are contributing to the dependent variable.
