PELAYANAN PERIZINAN DI SEKTOR PUBLIK

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate andanalyze the factors that impede service Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) in the di Dinas Cipta Karyadan Tata Ruang Regency Kuantan Singingi. Informant is a research service providers, servicerecipients and observers about the IMB. Data collected by interview and observation techniques,once the data collected were analyzed using descriptive analysis that promotes qualitative techniques.The results showed that assessed BMI service from realibility, responsiveness, assurance, emphatyand tangibles has not been going well. While the factors that inhibit the IMB services is the ability ofemployees, facilities available and availability of personnel.
