EVALUASI PROGRAM BOS DALAM PENINGKATAN SARANA PENDIDIKAN

Abstract

The research purpose toevaluate the program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) to improvement education infrastructurein the elementary school on Tampan subdistrict in the Pekanbaru city. There are three indicatorsfrom the research of organization factor, implementer factor, and analisys evaluation policy factor.The population of the research are all elementary school which public although private school inthe Tampan subdistrict. Data are collected via questionnaire and in depth interviews. The data areanalyzed by frequency tables. The result of the research that implementation program BOS toimprovement education infrastructure in the elementary school still in the category less goodbecause more than school which has been not complete infrastuctur supporter learning process aspecialy private schools yet.
