IMPLEMENTASI RETRIBUSI PARKIR DI TEPI JALAN UMUM

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigateand analyze the implementation of the Perda No. 19 Tahun 2001 on the edge of the parking levy onpublic roads in Kuantan District Singingi. This research was conducted at the Department ofTransportation, Communication and Information Singingi Kuantan district, where the informantresearch is that the implementers of Transport Department of Communication and Information andthe recipient policy that is parked on the edge of the public road. Data collected by interview andobservation techniques, after the data was collected and then analyzed using qualitative descriptiveanalysis. The result showed that the implementation of the edge of the parking levy pretty wellsummed up the public road. While the dominant factor found is the factor affecting theimplementation of the implementing agency policies and environmental factors.
