Abstract

The purpose of this study was todetermine the level of employee culture, and then analyze the influence of cultural awarenesstehadap employee work and analyze the influence of environmental factors working employeeson work culture of Law Bureau, Organization and Governance Riau Provincial Secretariat. Themethod used in this research is survey research, using a sample of law firm employee, organizationand administration of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Province, amounting to 47 people and setthe entire sampled population census method. The results show that the analysis of the influenceof environmental factors working employees tehadap work culture at the firm, organization andadministration of the Riau Provincial Secretariat 0185, so if your work environment is conducivefor a unit of the workplace culture to increase by 0.185 units. This increase is positive, whichmeans better employe work environment the better the culture of the law firm employee in RiauProvincial Secretariat.
