PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM NASIONAL PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MANDIRI

Abstract

Thepurpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the evaluation of the implementation of theNational Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Mandiri - Management of RuralDevelopment (MPD) in District Inuman Regency Kuantan Singingi and factors that discourage it.Where that is the subject of research is the PNPM program implementers and beneficiaries PNPMprogram. Data collected by interview and observation techniques, after the data was collected andthen analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The result showed that the evaluation of thePNPM Mandiri - MPD has not been good. Inhibiting factor in the evaluation of the PNPM Mandiri- MPD comes from internal factors and external factors. The internal factor is the low capacity of thehuman resources program manager, while the external factor is fear.
