EVALUASI RETRIBUSI IZIN MENDIRIKAN BANGUNAN

Abstract

The purpose of this studywas to determine and analyze the factors that influence the evaluation of Peraturan Daerah No. 24Tahun 2001 tentang Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) in Kuantan District Singingi. Data collectedby interview and observation techniques, after the data was collected and then analyzed usingqualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed evaluation tetribution IMB is still not good.Found the factors that influence the evaluation of legislation, namely human factors, controlfactors, factors of community participation and compliance factors implementor.
