Abstract

This study aims to analyze theprocesses and factors that influence the success of the effective implementation of e-ID cardprogram in the Office of Population and Civil Registration Pekanbaru. This research usesdescriptive qualitative method. The types of data used in this study is secondary data includeofficial documents, books, and research results. Data collection methods used were interviews,observation, and study documentation. The results indicate the implementation of e-ID cardprogram has been effective. Pekanbaru City District Government Bukitraya able berperaran asgood implementer.
