IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH

Abstract

The purpose of this studywas to determine and analyze the factors that influence the implementation strategies of SchoolBased Management (MBS) in the High School Lower School 1 Kuantan Kuantan District Singingi.This study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Downstream Kuantan District Kuantan Singingi,which are the subject of research is the principal, teachers, Department of Education, schoolcommittees, school boards and parents. Data collected by interview and observation techniques,after the data was collected and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The resultsindicate the implementation of school-based management in SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Downstreamterms of task, structure, people and technology can be inferred either. While the implementationof school-based management in SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Downstream influenced by factors internaland external to the organization.
