UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI MENGAJAR GURU MELALUI PENGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERVARIATIF DI SDN 181 PEKANBARU

Abstract


This study aims to determine the use of Variety Learning Media can improve Teacher Teaching
Competency in Pekanbaru Elementary School 181. The subjects studied were the teachers of Pekanbaru
Elementary School 181. The number of class teachers is 23 people. The technique used is
documentation, and observation or direct observation. This school action research was carried out
to improve teacher competency through the use of varied media which had been carried out in two
cycles, while increasing the supervision of teacher competencies through the use of varied media
Pekanbaru SDN 181 was marked by an increase in the percentage of teachers. The number of initial
results before the notification to the teachers is 56 and the percentage of classical completeness
is 48.70%. Then proceed to cycle I, the number of teacher competency results using media variedly
increased by 80 with a completeness percentage of
69.57%. However, the increase in the first cycle still has not reached the target set before then
continued in cycle II. In this second cycle, the number of teacher competencies returned to 97 with
a percentage of completeness of 84.35%. The conclusion that the use of varied learning media can
improve Teacher Teaching Competency in Pekanbaru Elementary School 181.
