ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN CL-Med TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN BAHASA INGGRIS DAN SIKAP PELAJAR SMPN PEKANBARU
Abstract
CL-Med is a model of Cooperative Learning based on Multimedia toimprove student learning achievement. This study aimed to analize theeffectiveness of the CL-Med towards attitude and the achievement of Englishlanguage learners by using queasy experiment. Some 64 students of two cllasseswere taken as the sample of the study whereby 32 students were treated as theexperimental group and the control group.The instruments used to collect the datawere a set of questionnaire and a test to gain required information from therespondents. The data were analysed using descriptive and inference analysis. Thefindings of the experimental study provided the evidence that there was asignificant distinction from the aspects of attitude and achievement. Theimplication of the study is that the CL-Med could help teachers to improvestudent learning achievement in English language teaching.
