Abstract


This research is intended to analyze the influence of budgetary
participation, leadership style, motivation, organizational culture, and
decentralization on managerial performance with organizational commitment as
a moderating variable. The population of this research is 34 Organization of
Regional Device (OPD) in Riau Province Government. Sample method used in
this research is purposive sampling. This research data is obtained from the
respondent's answer to the questionnaire distributed directly. Data analysis using
Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that
budgetary participation, motivation, organizational culture and decentralization
have an effect on managerial performance. And Organizational Commitment can
moderate Budgetary Participation, Motivation, Organizational Culture and
Decentralization of Managerial Performance. While the style of leadership has no
effect on managerial performance, and organizational commitment can not
moderate the leadership style of managerial performance.
