Abstract

Washing kitchen tools manually (using hands) cause the hands touch directly thewater and the soap. Nowadays, more and more people complaint about thiscondition. Some researches have been implemented to overcome this problem. Theintroduction of digital diswasher is one of the popular innovation. This equipmenthelp people in washing and drying kitchen tools. The dryer is made from electricalmotor, heater and fan. Motor produces tight wind and spread out to all of thesurface of kitchen tools which are in the rack. The dishwasher dryer produces hotwind in heater which is blew by the fan. The maximum power from electricalmotor and fan is 405 Watt. It takes three minutes to dry well the rinsed kitchentools at 250C temperature. The result of this study shows that the equipment workseffectively and efficiently
