ANALISIS KETIMPANGAN PEMBANGUNAN ANTAR WILAYAH KECAMATAN DI KOTA DUMAI

The increasing need for data for local development planning mandates the need for indicators of inequality between regions between district within a district / city. This study aims to (i) Determine the level of welfare of population among districts in the city of Dumai, which is reflected in the GDP per capita districts, and (ii) Determine the level of inequality between regions pembagunan districts in Kota Dumai?. This research uses descriptive analysis method and index derivatives Williamson to calculate the GDP District and the level of inequality between districts in the city of Dumai.
The welfare of the Dumai city, reflected in per capita income during the period 2010 to 2014 continued to show improvement. In 2010 the average income per capita Kota Dumai Rp. 67.08 million and increased to 71.09 million in 2014. Districts with the highest level of welfare is Dumai Barat subdistrict with a per capita income in 2010 amounted to 76.12 million and increased to Rp. 93.66 million in 2014. The districts with the lowest level of welfare is Sungai Sembilan with a per capita income in 2010 amounted to Rp. 57.10 million and increased in 2014 to Rp. 58.58 million.
The degree of inequality between the districts of Kota Dumai in the low category, however, the trend is likely to increase. In 2010 the level of inequality between regions in Dumai City reflected in Williamson index of 0.1012 and amounted to 0.1002 in 2011. In the year 2012 increased to 0.1652 and continued to increase to 0.2546 in 2013. Levels inequality between regions in Dumai City in 2014 was relatively lower compared to the previous year of 0.2020.
