Abstract


This paper is trying to find answers the question to causes of work discipline in
Civil Servants within the Regional Secretariat of Kampar regency in 2004. Particularly
seen from the influence of supervision and control, which is more influential on the work
discipline to Civil Servants in the Regional Secretariat Kampar regency. To respond to
this problem the paper is use qualitative methods, is collecting questionnaires through
respondents in the environment Kampar District Secretariat.
