ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU YANG DIMODERASI OLEH SUPERVISI

Abstract


Suitable to hypotesa that has given, the goal of this research is to know the
influence of pedagogic competency and motivation to teacher performance moderated
by supervition. Followed 70 sample of teachers. The Data were analyzed using Moderated
Regression Analysis (MRA).According to R Square about 54.5% still in the middle level.
According to F test of the independent variable AbsX1_Z, Zscore (X1), Zscore (Z) together
or simultan influence variable (Y). While T test both of this can concuded influence
variable (Y). The AbsX1_Z moderation variable was also significant.Result of R Square
around of 30.6% still in the low level. According F test indicate that independent variable
AbsX2_Z, Zscore (X2), Zscore (Z) together or simultan influence variable (Y). While the T
test both of this variable influence by (Y). The AbsX2_Z moderation variable was also
significant.The result of this research, R Square of 30.6% is in the middle level. According
to F test indicate that the independent variables AbsX1X2_Z, Zscore (X1), Zscore (X3),
Zscore (X2) together or simultan influence variable (Y). While the T test results Both
variables Zscore (X1) and Zscore (X2) this can be influence variable (Y).
