Abstract

This research aim to influence between managerial competency had master
with efektivity orgganize of school, comunity of school with efektivity orgganize of school
and influence between managerial competency had master and comunity of school with
efektivity orgganize of school. Population in this research is 46, all population by sampel
. Data analysis the use is regretion analysis, corelation result of this research is midle
between managerial competency had master (X1) with efektivity orgganize of school (Y)
with determinasi coefficient 38,7%, there are also influence between comunity of school
(X2) with efektivity orgganize of school (Y) with determinasi coeficient 20,9%. While
influence betwen managerial competency had master (X1) and comunity of school (X2)
with efektivity orgganize of school (Y) is 40,4%. The conclution from corelation managerial
competency had master (X1) and comunity of school (X2) with efektivity orgganize of
school (Y) is middle relationship.
