PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA (Studi pada Kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Siak)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of
culture and organizational commitment on performance either simultaneously or partially.
The population of this research is the Head of State Elementary School Siak. This type of
data from this study are primary data obtained by questionnaires originating from the
Head of State Elementary School in Siak. Data were analyzed using multiple regression.
The results showed that organizational culture and organizational commitment affect the
performance of the Head of State Elementary School in Siak either simultaneously or
partially.
