KONTRIBUSI KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL DAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KEPATUHAN GURU PADA KEWAJIBANNYA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS (SMA) RIMBA MELINTANG ROKAN HILIR

Abstract


Teacher’s obedience to its obligations is the willingness to carry out all
duties properly in accordance with the rules that apply and has become a liability. This
study focuses on finding out how high the level of adherence teachers are to their
obligations, and how much each indicator contributes to teachers’ compliance variables
on their obligations. The study was conducted at State and Private High School in Rimba
Melintang Sub-district, Rokan Hilir, Riau Province. The study population was 91 teachers
at 4 schools. The entire population is sampled. Data were collected using questionnaires
and data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the
study found that teacher compliance with obligations based on demographics of
respondents was very high (Mean 4.54 and SD 0.15). Based on indicators, teachers’
compliance with obligations is high (Mean 4.22 and SD 0.78). The contribution of each
Indicator to the Teacher Compliance variable on its obligation is obtained in low category,
that is 30,79%. Teachers’ obedience to their obligations can be enhanced by strengthening
and improving through strengthening by doing as well as getting used to the implementation
of learning activities as well, being professionalism as a teacher, acting objectively in all
actions and actions, obeying the rules that apply and have been agreed, and strengthen
the unity and unity of the nation in a loyal situation.
