Abstract


The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction
and quality culture on teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior of private senior
high school in Sail region. The research method was a survey of a regression analysis.
The variable in this research consist of two independent variable : job satisfaction and
quality culture, and organizational citizenship behavior as independent variable. The
research was conduct to 81 teachers of state high school in sail region. The result of the
research have shown that job satisfaction influence about 47,8 % on teacher’s
organizational citizenship behavior and the quality culture influence about 38,8 % on
the teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction and quality culture
have a significant influence to teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior for 50.9%.
and the balance is influence by other variables which did not include in this research.
