PENGARUH PERSEPSI PADA PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN TUGAS PENGAWAS SEKOLAH DI KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR
Abstract
This research is aimed to find out the influence of perception of work experience
to the effectivity of task execution and the influence of managerial competence to the effectivity
of task execution and the influence of perception or work experience and managerial
competence to the effectivity of task execution of school supervisors. The number of population
on this research is 63 respondents and all of them became the sample. The total sample of trial
research is 30 respondents. The used data analysis is simple regression’s analysis, multiple
correlation, simple correlation and multiple regression. The result of the research shows that
it has influence among the work experience (x1) to the effectivity of task execution (y) with
correlated coefficient 45,7%. It also has sufficient influence among the managerial comptence
(x2) to the the effectivity of school management with correlated coefficient61,1%. Meanwhile,
the influence of work experience (x1) and managerial comptence (x2) toward the effectivity
of task execution has correlated coefficient 63,4% category. The conclusion of work
experience and managerial competence variables that both of them give the positive and
significant influence toward the effectivity of task execution of school supervisors in Rokan
Hilir Regency.
